Accounts Receivable Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement job set up for quoted and contract jobs;
  • Manage job forecast data;
  • Invoice quoted and AIA jobs;
  • Complete and submit AIA forms and lien waivers;
  • Manage overdue accounts and prepare statements for credit department;
  • Manage payments and post to customer accounts;
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Two years related experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

While performing the duties of this job, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is regularly required to:

  • Frequently enter text or data using a keyboard.
  • Constantly communicate with customers, vendors and teammates through online chat, email and verbal exchanges.
