ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Lead and manage crews on industrial electrical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality, on time and within budget.
• Install, repair and maintain electrical components in industrial environment.
• Maintain a culture of workplace safety.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Journeyman or Foreman.
• Experience supervising project work, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience with PLC’s, rigid conduit, other industrial electrical systems.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
